Refund policy
You can cancel your plan at any time and only pay for the days you have used. Please note that our long-term discounts are based on a minimum commitment; because canceling early means these requirements were not met, the discount is forfeited and the standard monthly rate will apply to the days used. Your refund will be the difference between your initial payment and the cost of those days at the full monthly price.
- You'll be charged the full price for the time your plan was active.
- If the full-price cost of the time you've used exceeds what you originally paid, you won't qualify for a refund. In that case, it's best to keep taking lessons until your plan expires.
- Your original discount will not carry over to future purchases. New plans are priced at the current listed rate unless a new promotion is available.

7-day money back guarantee
If you contact our support team within the first 7 days of the start date of your first Cambly plan, you are eligible for a full refund — even if you've taken lessons during that time. Submit a request from the email address associated with your account.

Installment plans
Cambly installments:
Cancelling your plan will stop future Cambly installment charges.
Bank or credit card installments:
If your bank paid Cambly the full amount upfront and is billing you in installments, cancelling your Cambly plan may not automatically stop those charges. Contact your bank or credit card company directly to confirm how they handle refunds for installment purchases.
Never used your plan?
If you've never taken a lesson and your plan is still active (not expired), please mention this when you submit a request from the email address associated with your account. Our team will review your case individually.
Accidental purchase
If you accidentally purchased a plan and want to cancel immediately, please submit a request as soon as possible from the email address associated with your account and let us know it was an accidental purchase.
