I haven't received my refund yet
Once we confirm your refund by email, it's fully processed on our end. However, your card issuer can take up to 7–10 business days to return the funds.
Before contacting us, please check:
- Are you checking the correct account?
- Has the card expired?
- Have 7–10 business days passed since our confirmation email?
If it's been longer than 10 business days, contact your card issuer directly — only they can track and return the funds. If they need a reference number, submit a request to Cambly
It looks like Cambly charged me again instead of refunding
This is a quirk in the banking system that can happen during refund processing. Once your card issuer completes processing on their end, it will show correctly as a refund. If you're concerned, contact your card issuer to confirm.
My card has been cancelled or expired
You can still request a refund. The original card used for the purchase will be refunded — we're unable to send funds to a different card or account. Depending on your card issuer, funds may be returned via a replacement card, check, deposit, or another method. Contact your card issuer to learn what to expect.
I have a Cambly account credit that hasn't been refunded
Credits are not automatically refunded in case you'd like to apply them to a future purchase. Submit a request if you'd like your credit refunded instead.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds take 7–10 business days to appear after you receive our confirmation email. If you're on an installment plan, only the amount already charged to your card can be refunded — future installments that haven't been charged yet will simply be cancelled.
