How to enable promotional emails
If you aren't receiving our deal alerts, you can opt in through your account settings:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the Notifications tab.
- Locate the Promotions and Tips section.
- Ensure the checkbox is selected.
If you've enabled notifications but still don't see our emails, check your Promotions or Spam folder and add Cambly to your safe sender list.
How to apply a promo code
After choosing a plan, you can apply a promo code at the bottom of the subscription page.
Common reasons a promo code may not work:
- The code has expired
- It isn't valid in your country
- The code isn't valid for the plan you selected
- You already have an active subscription (some codes are for new subscribers only)
If you're certain your promo code is valid and it still isn't applying, please submit a request and we'll help.
I received a discount by email but it isn't showing up
If a promotional discount from an email isn't appearing at checkout, or the link in the email isn't working, please submit a request and include a picture of the email you received so our team can look into it.
