If we're unable to charge you on your due date, your payment is considered missed. Here's what you need to know:
- Your due date cannot be changed. Pausing your plan will not change your installment due date.
- To make a past-due payment, update your payment information in Account settings>Subscription. We'll immediately attempt to charge you again.
- If the payment still doesn't go through, contact your card issuer — only they can resolve issues on their end.
What happens if I don't pay?
3 days past due: Your plan is suspended until payment is received. Any minutes or days lost during the suspension will not be returned.
30 days past due: Your plan is automatically cancelled. Any unused value will be returned as a credit to your Cambly account. Any lessons scheduled after the cancellation date will also be cancelled.
