How upgraded works

When you change your plan, your current plan is cancelled and a new plan begins.

The unused value of your current plan will go towards the cost of your new plan. You'll see the credit when you check out.
- There are no fees or penalties.
EXAMPLE
You purchased a 12-month plan for 1 hour per week on March 15.
You change your plan to 2.5 hours per week on April 12th. Your new plan will start immediately.

- Payment for original plan is $960 (12 x $80)
- Credit to be applied is $880 ($960 - $80)
- Price of your new plan is $1200
You'd pay $320 [$1200 (new plan price) - $880 (credit)].
