If you're going on holiday, starting a new job, or something unexpected comes up, you can pause your plan for 1-4 weeks. The same number of days are added to the end of your plan so you'll have all your lessons by the end.
How pauses work
- You can't schedule or take lessons during the pause period even if you have extra minutes. You'll see 0 minutes available until the pause is over.
- Any lessons scheduled during this period are automatically cancelled.
- We don't send a notification when your pause ends. Be sure to set yourself a reminder to start your lessons again.
You may not be able to pause your plan if:

- It's the first day of your plan. You can pause the day after purchase.
- You haven't taken a full month of lessons since your last pause.

How to pause
1. Click your profile picture then <Account settings>.
2. Go to your Subscription section.
3. Click <Pause> then choose the start date and length.
