We understand that emergencies come up and that there are many reasons why this may happen. Still, when you schedule a lesson, you make a commitment to be there at the scheduled start time.
Tutors are asked to wait for 10 minutes. After that, you've missed your lesson and lost your minutes. Scheduled lessons start and end at the scheduled time.*
- For example, a 30-minute lesson scheduled for 12:00pm will start at 12:00pm and end at 12:30pm.
- If you know that you'll be late or can't make it at all, please cancel in advance.
If you missed the lesson due to a Cambly technical issue, please write us.
Just as we expect tutors to be respectful of your time, we need to be sure that our tutors are available to as many students as possible. When you just don’t show up, another student is missing out on an opportunity to have a lesson with that tutor.
