As soon as you know that you can't make your lesson on time or at all, please reschedule or cancel. You never have to miss out on practicing because your schedule changed.
How
1. From your dashboard, select the lesson under Schedule.
2. Click <Cancel lesson>.
3. Then click <Reschedule> or <Cancel lesson>.
Reschedule (Private lessons only)
You'll see the option to reschedule lessons up to 12 hours before your lesson is scheduled to start. It is only possible to reschedule from the web.
- Choose another date or time from the tutor's calendar. If they don't have any availability, you'll need to cancel. (You can't change lesson duration)
- Upon confirming, the original lesson is cancelled and a new lesson is scheduled.
- If you reschedule to a different week, you'll be left with minutes from the week of the original lesson. Be sure to use them before they expire.
Cancel
You’ll get time back to use when you’re free that week.
- Cancel more than 12 hours in advance and get all your minutes back.
- As long as you cancel before the lesson starts, you’ll get half of your time back.
EXAMPLE: You scheduled a 60-minute lesson for 7:00pm tomorrow.
Cancel before 7:00am tomorrow, you’ll get back 60 minutes.
Cancel after 7:00am tomorrow, you’ll get back 30 minutes.
