It's easy to submit a request and get in touch with us!
1. Go to the Help Center by clicking on <Support> from the profile menu on your dashboard.
2. Get immediate AI powered answers and article recommendations by asking your question in the search bar.
3. Ask your questions to Cameron, Cambly's AI Agent, by clicking on the message icon in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Click <Submit a Request> and fill in the form to send us a message.
For security purposes, account-specific inquiries must be submitted while logged into the relevant account. Our support team is only able to address account-related questions when the request can be verified as coming from the account holder.
5. Check your Cambly account email for our response. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you don't see an email from us, please check your Spam folder.
How to track your request
- Go to the Help Center while logged in to your Cambly account
- Click your profile icon and then <Requests>
